Meet Our Educators

Miss Jackie

Miss Jackie is a Filipino and Chinese descent. She moved to Hong Kong with her mother when she was 15 years old. She started teaching back in 2008 in one of the international kindergarten in Hong Kong as an assistant and a playgroup teacher. After 3 years she became a class teacher in K1 for 3 years and a PN teacher for 2 years. She is determined to make a difference in children’s early childhood education. Miss Jackie is very animated with children.

On her free time she loves going to the beach and watch movies with her family. Miss Jackie is super excited to be part of Grace Garden and looking forward to meet and teach the lovely children.

Miss Heidi

Miss Heidi graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University with a Postgraduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education. She Joined Grace Garden as a teaching assistant in 2019 and since then has become our full time Mandarin teacher.

I enjoy creating a fun and creative way for students to learn and develop.

Miss Michelle

Miss Michelle is from South Africa and joined Grace Garden in August 2020. She graduated with a degree in Media Studies but has always had a passion for teaching young children. Miss Michelle has previously taught in Mainland China before moving to Hong Kong.

I love getting to know each individual student and how they are special!

Mr. Bob

Mr Bob is 30 years old and originally from Cambridge in the United Kingdom where he studied at Anglia Ruskin. He has just come from teaching young children in Barcelona, Spain where he also learned to speak Spanish. Mr Bob has been a part of the Grace Garden family since 2022.

Seeing the children develop each week and ensuring they’re always having a great time.

Ms. Karen Yuen

As our Principal, Karen has over 10 years of experience in the education sector. She is a registered and certified kindergarten principal and is PGDE qualified, with degrees from the University of British Columbia, Canada, and Hong Kong Baptist University.
